Stratacrete has developed and is constantly reviewing an accredited Shotcrete Training Program. This program complies with the Australian Quality Framework (AQF). Qualifications from this training are recognized nationally.

Stratacrete has qualified trainers who each hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. In a recent paper presented in South Africa and Australia training delivered by Stratacrete resulted in measurable improvements in the quality of shotcrete applied at several Australian mine sites. Stratacrete has already developed its own in house training resources which form the basis of the accredited training program currently under development.
